1. What this is about

Knopfpost is a free beta service. Through WhatsApp or Telegram, trusted people can send photos, voice messages, and short videos to the tablet a family has set up.

2. Setup by adults

Knopfpost may only be set up and managed by an adult for their household. That person is responsible for ensuring the tablet, the chat connection used (WhatsApp or Telegram), and sender approvals are used only within the intended family context.

3. Permitted use and shared content

Use Knopfpost only for private family mail, and only lawfully. Anyone who shares media is responsible for ensuring that doing so is permitted, and that the people shown, or their legal guardians, have been informed or have consented where required.

4. WhatsApp, Telegram, and availability

Delivery uses WhatsApp or Telegram; each of their services and terms are outside Knopfpost's control. As a beta, Knopfpost may be changed, restricted, or temporarily unavailable.

5. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend access in the case of abusive or unlawful use, and delete household data where necessary for operation, security, or discontinuing the service.
